• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Reservations and Payments

• Reservation fees are non-refundable and must be paid within one hour of booking
• Field usage fees are paid directly to the field owner at the facility
• Cancellations must be made through the platform before the scheduled time
• We are not responsible for disputes between players and field owners

SportSpot acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or disputes that may occur at sports facilities. Users participate in sports activities at their own risk.

• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or functionality
• Creating false or misleading information about facilities or reservations
• Harassing or threatening other users

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
